All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS from Washington State. Due to current world affairs, I am only shipping within the US at this time.
When do orders ship?
Orders typically go out within 5-7 days after you place your order. Exceptions to this turnaround time are:
✧ Weekends
✧ Pre-order items - PO item listings will have their estimated delivery dates within their product descriptions.
✧ If I am at a convention/event for the weekend, please expect an additional 2-3 day delay in fulfilling your order.
You will be notified via email when your order is on its way.
If your order contains a preorder item, we try to send out email updates to every buyer when stock has arrived and when we begin shipping out orders!
Orders with In Stock and Pre-order Items
If your order contains several items and at least one product is a PREORDER item, everything will be shipped together (to save on shipping costs for the both of us). Please be sure to check each product listing carefully to know whether an item is up for pre-order or is in stock.
Shipping Timelines
Tracked orders typically arrive within 1 week from the shipping date.
Untracked ("snail mail") orders typically arrive within 2 weeks from the shipping date.
Tracking Info/Delays/etc.
All orders receive a tracking number (excluding "snail mail" orders) that will be sent to the email listed on your order once your order has been dropped off at the post office. After an order is shipped out (dropped off at the post office), it is the customer's responsibility to monitor their package tracking.
Please note that the only information I have access to once your order has been dropped off is the information on your tracking number. Tracking numbers may take several days to update depending on what checkpoint it is at during their delivery route.
If you ever have concerns on the whereabouts of your order, please contact your post office first. If they are unable to assist, please feel free to reach out to me via the store contact form or my email! I will always do my best to troubleshoot.
Customs Fees
Any orders that are shipped internationally (outside the US) may incur an additional customs fee, designated by their local customs office. Unfortunately, any fees that are applied to shipments are outside my control. If you have concerns about any customs fees applied to your package, please check with your local customs office (or entity applying the customs fee).
