Shipping Info

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS from Washington State. We are only shipping within the US at this time!

*Due to the Canada Post Strike, ALL SHIPPING TO CANADA VIA USPS HAS BEEN PAUSED. Thus, Canada shipping is turned off on my shop if you try to check out.
UPS is an alternative shipping method I can still use, but I often don't as they are prone to charging customs fees to customers (especially with higher order values). If you would still like to place an order and have me ship it through UPS, please contact me using the order contact form!

I am also happy to hold orders until the Canada Post strike ends. Please contact me if you're interested in this option!  Thank you for understanding!


When do orders ship?
Orders typically go out 2-3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends; excluding PO items - check the item listing to see estimated delivery dates). You will be notified via email when your order is on its way.

If your order contains a preorder item, we will be sending out email updates to every buyer when stock has arrived and when we begin shipping out orders. 

If I order a preorder item with something that is in stock, will everything be shipped together?
Yes! If your order contains several items and at least one product is a PREORDER item, everything will shipped together (this is to save on shipping costs for both of us!) Please be sure to check each product listing carefully to know whether an item is up for pre-order or is in stock.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 1 week from the shipping date. Orders shipping to Canada typically arrive within 1-3 weeks from the shipping date.

Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
Any orders that are shipped internationally (outside the US) may incur an additional customs fee, designated by their local customs office. Unfortunately, any fees that are applied to shipments are not within our control. If you have concerns about any customs fees applied to your package, please check with your local customs office first (or entity applying the customs fee). After you check in with them, please feel free to contact us for further questions.
